The South African Outsourcing Forum 2006 marks the arrival of South Africa into the global outsourcing arena.
The South African Contact Centre Community, SACCCOM, will be the hosts SAOF 2006.
SACCCOM is a powerful strategic non-profit making trade body combining South African corporations and central & regional government departments. SACCCOM’s role is to co-ordinate and develop the growth of the South African outsourcing & BPO market.
SAOF 2006 is an exclusive invitation-only event, geared towards helping international businesses understand how choosing South Africa as an outsourcing location can enable them to reduce operating costs, increase competitive advantage and ensure continuing customer satisfaction.
To launch this initiative SACCCOM, with the support of many major stakeholders, will be hosting the South African Outsourcing Forum 2006 at the Durban Hilton Hotel between 2-5 February 2006.
Up to 40 key senior executives, drawn from a range of multi-national organisations, will be able to assess the growing suitability of South Africa as a call centre, BPO and ITeS outsourcing location.
